Use of Services
MymeTickets is an online platform that allows users to browse, select, and purchase tickets for various events. By using our services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
Ticket Purchase and Payment
Ticket Availability: Event tickets are subject to availability and may sell out quickly. We do not guarantee the availability of specific tickets for any event.
Order Confirmation: Once you complete the ticket purchase process, you will receive an order confirmation via email. It is your responsibility to review the details of your order and contact us immediately if you have any issues.
Payment: Payment for tickets must be made at the time of purchase through the available payment methods on our website. We use secure payment gateways to ensure the safety of your transactions.
Offline Booking: You can only make offline booking on a paid event ticket.
Pricing: Ticket prices are displayed in your local currency and may include taxes and fees (a standard 7% is charged on every ticket bought from Myme Tickets) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Ticket Delivery
Electronic Tickets: Tickets are delivered electronically via email or SMS.
Delivery Time: The delivery time of electronic tickets may vary depending on the event. We endeavor to deliver tickets promptly, but we do not guarantee specific delivery times.
Event Creation and Regulations
To ensure efficiency of our system, we have put in place certain conditions that guide creation of events:
- 1To create more than three(3) consecutive events, there must have been at least one(1) booking on any of the already created event.
- 2An event with no booking will be automatically removed after the scheduled date.
- 3Ticket bookings can be as early as 3 months to the event scheduled date.
- 4After an event has occurred, it will remain on your gallery for six(6) months. Afterwards, it will be automatically removed.
- 5A free event can only sell up to ten(10) tickets.
- 6For each user account, the user can create a maximum of three(3) free events.
Cancellations and Refunds
Event Cancellation: Our event admins oversee every event activity and can cancel or temporarily disable such event even after payment has been made. We will only provide information about the refund process and assist you in obtaining a refund for the ticket, this is, however, not guaranteed.
Refunds: Unless required by law or in the case of an event cancellation, tickets purchased through Myme Tickets are non-refundable.
Account Security
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Myme Tickets account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
Unauthorized Access: If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately to take appropriate action.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use Myme Tickets for any unlawful, abusive, or disruptive purpose. This includes:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
- Interfering with the website's functionality or security.
- Engaging in fraudulent activities.
- Reselling tickets at a price higher than the face value.
Intellectual Property
All content on Myme Tickets, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
MymeTickets is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any events purchased through our platform.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on our website.
